I have spent most of my career working for global Fortune 100 companies in Project Management and Information Technology Managment.  I bring an Executive approach to understanding Seller and Buyer requirements and objectives and I take a technical approach to analyzing every unique real estate transaction.  My experience in complex real-estate transactions allows me to mitigate risks and to make even the most challenging real estate transactions possible.  I have the knowledge, tools and experience to help you realize your real estate goals in the most efficient manner possible, while adding tremendous value at every step of the process.
 
I am married and have a special needs son with Down Syndrome.  Family is the most important thing in my life and I make every effort to spend quality time with my friends and family.  I enjoy working and love to travel, discover new foods and play golf.  I enjoy playing the piano but would rather be at a Broadway play listening to the professionals.  I live in dowtown Orlando, Florida and have other investment properties to include Airbnb short-term and a long-term IRA investments.  I have been involved in varying capacities on several commercial real estate projects.
