The property has been approved for a Planned Development Project (PDP) by the City of Lake Wales. The approved master plan for the project includes 279 single-family lots. The current proposed plan is a gated community with private streets, a trail system and park area with a tot-lot play area. The Preliminary Development Plan approval has been extended to May 2020 but no further extensions will be granted. However, a Phase 1 construction plan will be submitted shortly by the seller.
